About The Number 4 Group

2010 saw the original incorporation of The Number4 Group – a family built and run organisation that came from modest beginnings, due to working with minimal funding in the midst of the “Great Recession”.
Thanks to determination, hard work, and commitment to providing stakeholders with the bespoke solutions to meet their requirements, N4G has enjoyed impressive growth and success, expanding our market coverage and working in close partnership with some of the UK’s most prestigious organisations.
These are the very same principles that we continue to adhere to and they remain the driving force behind our business to this very day.
Our Business Approach
We’re extremely proud that we have grown and developed our business model around three key principles –an understanding of market dynamics enabling us to provide unique and innovative business solutions, determination and a unwavering focus to our clients needs.
We are committed to our tried and trusted business model that is further underpinned by strong equality, ethical and environmental policies that reflect the current legislative framework in which our stakeholders operate in.
We take an approach that is centred around regular feedback and evaluation of the results that we achieve, and we believe that it is this attitude to business that enables us to bring positive benefits to our clients in terms of improved outcomes, higher productivity, and increased performance.

Our Four Core Agendas
We have implemented four core agendas that embody the essence of our corporate responsibility mindset:
Our Green Agenda
Here at The Number4 Group, we take climate change extremely seriously and we are dedicated to aligning the activities that our business undertakes accordingly. Our Green Agenda has been developed to not only support our environment but also benefit our business through internal efficiency savings.
Our Green agenda aims to:
- Raise the internal awareness of our business activities’ environmental impact.
- Pinpoint and implement operating procedures that are environmentally sustainable.
- Increase business-wide efficiencies through the reduction of waste and energy consumption.
- Use renewable energy sources whenever possible.
- Implement our Digital Agenda.
- Develop organically via more sustainable and smarter strategies.
We have designed this agenda to align with our sustainable and ethical ethos around the principle that even the smallest change can make an impressive difference.

Our Digital Agenda
We have developed our Digital Agenda as a result of our Green Agenda and through our desire to operate more efficiently and sustainably in the long term. To this end, we have made a commitment to implementing digital platforms across all our business activities in order to reduce carbon consumption, drive productivity, embed processes, and increase communication with an ultimate aim to become an entirely paperless organisation.

Our Carbon Negative Agenda
Our Carbon Negative Agenda is a natural progression from the sustainable and ethical ethos that we have developed. We have acknowledged that it simply isn’t sufficient for our organisation to limit its carbon footprint, but it must commit to removing more carbon from the environment that our business activities produce. We believe that this is vital, not only ethically, but also commercially since our teams must be able to operate without the obstacle of climate change impeding their way.

Our Here to Serve Agenda
We demonstrate our business ethos through the support that we offer charitable organisations nationwide through our commitment of both voluntary time and effort and financial contributions to their good causes including local activities like Challenge for Halle-Rose, the ACT “Lincoln to Madrid” bike ride, and under 10s football clubs as well as those run by national organisations like Macmillan and Oxfam.
Our Blog And Social Media Platforms
N4G group of companies are committed to being accessible to the communities and businesses that it serves. To this end, we have a strong online presence including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn feeds and an informative and engaging blog.
